How To Register:

Download the information and registration packages and give them a thorough read through. Fill out all the required fields and sign where necessary. Once completed you can drop off a completed hard copy, along with all necessary documentation to the center BEFORE your child's start date or please e-mail the packages, including all the required documentation, to:
